Order and Delivery

Insert details of My Account/Order Details on the website

Card on delivery is available only within India. You can check availability of this service based on pincode. For any customization order, Card/Cash on delivery facility is not available. Those orders will have to be pre-paid. Maximum Order Value for COD payment method is 5,000 INR only.

Our delivery partners are accepting Card On Delivery during these days (Covid-19) to avoid contactless delivery for your safety. To check Card on Delivery service request to check the pin code availability.

Do not worry, our courier partner will try to reattempt to deliver in next 2 days. In case parcel is still not delivered, you can call or email us so you can submit your delivery request to the courier partner.

You'll receive an email with the tracking details, you can check on the courier website and track the order with the tracking number.

You can check with your neighbor/front desk, etc. if someone has accepted the package. Try to contact the courier to cross check if someone has signed the package. If no one has accepted delivery email us on customercare@claiindia.com or whatsapp us on +91-9322699407

Once you get the tracking details of the shipping we request you to estimate us if the product doesn't get delivered within 10-15 days of the dispatched date.

If there is no update about the delivery we will consider the order has been delivered, hence, you cannot apply for the refund.

If you are looking for sold-out styles, if you're registered with us, add them to your ‘Wishlist’. Please submit your email address, so we can notify you once these styles are back in stock. If not, contact our Customer Support Team with the product SKU code via Email or Phone Call. We will check and let you know, if and when we should receive these styles again. Or, if these can be tailored for you.

We do not deliver to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like us to ship to multiple addresses, we request you to place separate orders for separate destinations.
