Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in its original condition with all tags attached.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused.
The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Eligible Items
The following products are not eligible for exchange:
Ethnic make-to-order or customized products.
Items under the Accessories category.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, follow these simple steps:
Log in to your account and navigate to the Order History section.
Select the Exchange option and complete the exchange request form, stating the reason for the exchange.
Our team will review the request and provide approval or rejection based on the details provided.
Exchange Options
Eligible customers can exchange their product for:
A different size of the same product.
A different color of the same product.
A credit voucher, redeemable on our online store.
Restocking Fees
Currently, there is no restocking fee applicable to exchanges.
Processing Timeline
The exchange process may take up to 7 business days to be completed.
Exceptions
Exchanges will not be processed for the following cases:
Custom-made or altered products.
Items with missing tags or damaged packaging.
Products that have been worn, used, or modified in any way.
